Goodbye 2012: Countdown to the New Year

Hi dolls... As the year is about to end, I love to reflect from the beginning to date and I'm always thankful. A lot of things happened in 2012, I lived out of my suitcase a lot for starters. Met a lot of amazing people in the fashion industry and even got to style some of them and some events too. I finally set up a facebook page (please like my page) and a twitter page here (please follow).

Hi dolls... Kisses from London. This is just a quick style post. This has to be one of my fave looks from last week. A lot of people wear peplum tops with pencil skirts, leggings, skinny jeans, straight trousers and shorts but I've noticed that it also looks amazeballs on flared skirts too!!!

Ok back to my post, I went backstage for a quick second to sort a few things out during Music Meets Runway and decided to take a few quick shots on my way. It was very calm funny enough compared to the usual chaos!!!

Music Meets Runway Pre Party 2012.

Hi dolls... Just realised I haven't shared pictures from the MMR 2012 pre party.

I landed in London today so I could meet boxing day sales. I was so excited throughout my flight and nothing could bring my spirit down, not even the two baby lumps of pounded yam Virgin Atlantic served with beef for lunch. It was so funny, the menu said yam and I automatically assumed fried yam with beef sauce and spinach.

Hi dolls... This is just the starter to a three course meal. Decided to put up a few pics from the carpet at Music meets runway 2012 including the mannequins styled by some of the designers who were showcasing at the event.

Hi dolls... I wore this on the 23rd for my friends bar opening at Elegushi beach. The name of the bar is De Arc and the opening was a success. Unfortunately, I left my camera in my car so I don't have pictures from that night but put up pics when I do a review of the bar.

Bar review: 284 Lounge

Hi dolls... I went for drinks at 284 Lounge last week and I was impressed with everything!!!

Hi dolls... I've had amazing weekend with my family.

I wore this dress last Sunday and I used minimal jewelry because I wanted the dress to speak for itself. I had the craziest day today... Made plans (BTW this is why I never plan my day), was going to go for my friend's surprise bridal shower 1st, then get my hair done at the new lo'lavita hair salon, head to l'espace then end the day at my friends bar opening!!! Sound's exciting right???

Hi dolls... I've been a bit under the weather but my two new babies made being ill bearable. My adorable sister got me this purse (yes she is finally back from her honeymoon) and my maam got me shoes (yes another one). I'm not really a fan of pointies with the exception of my very uncomfortable pigalles but these ones are amazingly comfortable!!!

Hi dolls... My friend recently lost all her stuff in a fire and it got me thinking of how we should appreciate and be thankful for what we have, little be it or small.

In the spirit of Christmas, I decided to donate some of my shoes and bags to her (a good reason to clean my room). I also got an email recently asking how I store my shoes so this is almost like killing two birds with one stone.
