Love Lady Biba

Hi dolls... So the other day at LPM, I fell in love with a brand called Lady Biba.

Lady Biba launched in 2011 and the designer Bibi Adeniyi has to be one of the nicest person ever!!! The retail brand caters to affordable luxury and trendy unique fashion for all.

I got a few pieces from the brand and even got something for my sister (I know I'm the best sis in the world).

I had a glance at the lookbook and was really impressed with most of the pieces and the price has to be the best part. Not only are the pieces affordable but the brand is on sale now :)

Recycling

Hi dolls... I keep getting emails asking how I have so many clothes and how I keep changing clothes, how one can revamp your wardrobe without breaking the bank and blah blah blah... I have one word, recycling!!!

You might not know this about me but I'm big on keeping items I really love. The last email I got about getting a whole new wardrobe and where to shop is what I will reply to in this post.

First of all, when you want to revamp your wardrobe, you don't have to throw out all the items in it, simply keep all your fave items that you can't do without and your basics like jeans, tees and vests!! That will save you a lot of stress trust me.
Next, you can shop for items that will go with the items you kept.. That will save you a lot of money!!

Restaurant review : Ocean Basket

Hi dolls... Hope everyone had an amazing weekend!!

I'm recovering from food poisoning.. Trust me when they say awoof dey run bele lol!! I've been dying to dine at Ocean basket so you can imagine my excitement when my sister, her hubby and I went there for lunch.

Decor: The restaurant is simply beautiful. I loved the wallpapers, the different points like the sushi bar, the drinks bar etc. Also loved the basket covered lights and don't even get me started on the view of the beach!!!

Service: The service was excellent. Everyone greeted us as we came in. We got complimentary butter rolls while we were waiting for our food. The waiters had a smile on and I didn't have to look for anyone when I needed anything, they were always close by.

Drinks: I had a chapman and it tasted like something they would serve at a wedding so I was a bit disappointed. My brother in law had a watermelon and pineapple juice and it wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either.

Food: The food was amazeballs!!! We had a platter with everything from princess prawns to calamari to mussels... It was yummy and enough to feed a small village!!!

Overall, I'd have given the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars but 3 hours later, I started sweating profusely and had the worst tummy ache ever!!!! Don't know exactly what caused the food poisoning but it wasn't fun at all!!! My brother in law too got sick but my sister was fine.

Later that day I went to imperial place for LPM (can't wait to show you my 'new in').. Obsidian, Lady Biba, Akpos are just a few of the designers I purchased stuff from.

Off to the island

Hi dolls... As hectic as Lagos is, I love the hustle and bustle!!! I spend most of my weekends on the island so I get to hang out with my sister and close friends. Plus most of my fave restaurants and spots are there.

I decided to wear a dress today with my pixie cut (got bored of my tomboyish look) plus wanted to see how girly I could go with the pixie cut.
